1. The joint surface without relative movement: the joint surface of the organic machine cover, the joint surface of the bearing end cover and the machine cover, the joint surface of the inlet and outlet oil pipe flange and the machine body or machine cover. At present, these parts are the joint surfaces of finished products, coated with good performance sealant, and then fastened with bolts with sufficient pre-tightening force, it can be well sealed, but there is little leakage;
2. There is relative movement, and the mating surface that needs to be sealed is the mating surface of the input shaft, output shaft or shaft end that needs to leak out and the through hole of the bearing end cover. The sealing of these different parts is not easy, and we need to take it seriously. At present The consensus of all parties is: block the stalls and divert them together;
3. The main disadvantages of the oil seal are: first, frictional heat and power loss; second, easy aging and wear, limited service life, easy to wear; third, difficult replacement, the coupling or other transmission components on the shaft extension should be removed It is not easy to disassemble.
In order to make the planetary reducer run safely and stably, various preparatory measures need to be taken before starting, among which trial operation is one of the important measures. Proceed as follows:
1. The preparation work and start-up procedure before starting are the same as the factory test of the product, but the time of no-load operation should be extended, at least it should reach the lubricating oil temperature balance and then run for 2 hours;
2. After the trial operation of the air-conditioning system, the data loading method is carried out. The loading method is the same as the loading research method in which the thermal power can be measured, and the loading is carried out step by step. However, the time required for the operation of different levels of each working load can be appropriately extended to facilitate the running-in of the gears. The number of loading stages from no-load to limited load can be divided into 5~7 levels;
3. During the test run, the operation of the system should be carefully observed, including equipment installation, connection, fastening, lubrication, sealing, temperature rise, sound, vibration problems, and the learning situation of the working tooth surface through regular peeking at the gear design, and regular records should be made ;
